What is it?
This support category helps NDIS participants find and keep a job. It includes services that build work skills, help with job searching, and support while you're working.

✅ What Services Are Included?

Here are some of the supports you can get under this category:

  • Help Finding a Job:
    Support with writing resumes, applying for jobs, and attending interviews.

  • Workplace Support:
    Someone can assist you at your job to help you settle in or learn new tasks.

  • Workplace Training:
    Learning skills you need to do your job well.

  • Travel Training:
    Learn how to get to and from work safely and independently.

  • Job Coaching:
    Ongoing coaching and mentoring while you're employed.

  • Customized Employment Support:
    Help to create a job role that suits your interests and skills.

  1. Talk to your NDIS planner or support coordinator.

  2. Make sure “Assist Access/Maintain Employment” is included in your NDIS plan.

  3. Choose a registered provider who offers employment supports.

  4. Start working on your goals!
