This registration group incorporates assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as comfortably and independently as possible. This registration group includes short-term accommodation and assistance (e.g. respite care). These are the summed up supports for this category:

This category helps NDIS participants develop and maintain daily living skills in a shared home or supported living environment. It includes assistance with everyday tasks while encouraging independence.

You can receive this support in your own home, a shared accommodation, or in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting.

📝 How to Get These Supports

  1. Talk to your NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC).

  2. Ask to include “Daily Tasks / Shared Living” (0115) in your NDIS plan.

  3. Your provider may submit a quote for SIL or shared support if needed.

  4. Choose a support provider and start building your independence!
