Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) - physical housing solutions for participants with extreme functional impairment. SDA is separate from SIL and covers the dwelling itself. SDA pricing is quotable and requires individual assessment.

Centre-based group activities for social participation, skill development, and community engagement. Structured programs delivered in supportive group environments.

Short Term Accommodation (STA/respite) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) — registration group 0115. Includes standard and high intensity supports, sleepover, participant and support worker accommodation costs. ILO Support Model is quotable.

Supported Independent Living — registration group 0138 (Assistance with Supported Independent Living). Shared supports and assistance with daily tasks for participants living in supported accommodation. Registered effective July 2025.

Specialist Positive Behaviour Support including functional assessments, behaviour intervention plans, and staff training. Evidence-based strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and build skills.

Home modification design, construction and certification including structural works, bathroom/kitchen modifications, ramps, pathways, and assistive technology installations. All items require individual assessment and quote.

Assistive technology for communication including voice amplifiers, personal readers, electronic communication devices, software, and computer/tablet accessibility solutions. All items require individual assessment and quote.

Employment supports including centre-based activities, personal care participation, activity-based transport, and workplace assistance. All items require individual assessment and quote.
